Born in the historical city of Krakow, Poland, Monika’s musical curiosity began at the age of six. Monika completed her Bachelor of Music in Cello with Canadian Soloist Shauna Rolston at Univeristy of Toronto. Monika then went on to Northern Illinois Univeristy where she studied with the members of the Varmeer String Quartet.
Her substantial repertoire list includes classical showpieces, jazz standards as well as more traditional songs. Monika strives to provide the perfect musical experience to compliment any special occasion whether as a soloist, or as a member of a duet or trio.
