Newpath were engaged initially by the Workspace365 team in 2019 to leverage Newpath’s D365 consultancy and delivery team and services to assist with a major Digital Transformation initiative.

The Newpath work with Workspace365 has been an outstanding success for this national premium coworking and flexible workspaces business. On a steep growth trajectory, the business understood the need for digital solutions and strategies that would provide them with a standard operating environment for managing coworking facilities, flexible workspaces and offices, meeting rooms, training facilities, CRM, third party services services management, procurement/fulfillment processes and integration with back office systems.

Newpath tailored an agile transformation strategy that progressively migrated and consolidated their systems across multiple business units and organisational entities into a single, united Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The project has been focused on costs aware, high value, and rapid release cycles allowing us to flex as the business adds new centers and service offerings.

Newpath worked closely with the Workspace365 executive management, their leadership team, center managers, sales, finance, IT, and customer success teams leading design thinking workshops, digital innovation programs, user experience, and development across Microsoft D365 technology.
