Edgars Mission

Edgar’s Mission is a not for profit farmed animal sanctuary that seeks to create a humane and just world for all. Edgar’s Mission has rescued thousands of animals since it began in 2003. Today the sanctuary is home to between 350 and 450 formerly farmed animals at any given time, each with their own unique story.

NIIM

The National Institute of Integrative Medicine (NIIM) brings together research, education and clinical practice in Integrative Medicine. NIIM’s mission is to improve healthcare outcomes and to empower individuals to take control of their health and create a balanced life.

The Coalition Against Duck Hunting

The Coalition Against Duck Hunting has the primary purpose of achieving a permanent ban on the recreational shooting of native waterbirds in Australia.

CADS has caused a significant shift in public opinion. Whereas duck shooting was considered a totally acceptable activity in 1986, today the vast majority of Australians regard it as a barbaric relic from the past which must be stopped. Thankfully WA, NSW and Queensland banned this activity in 1990, 1995 and 2005 respectively, after influence and input from Laurie, CADs and Animal Liberation.

African Australian Network

The African Australian Network Alliance is deeply committed to empowering refugees and asylum seekers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to thrive in Australia. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to provide legal assistance, education, and employment opportunities, fostering a sense of belonging and community integration. With unwavering resolve, we strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for African Australians, building bridges and breaking down barriers to help newcomers achieve their full potential.

Animal Rescue Ukraine

Animal Rescue Ukraine is a not for profit organisation based in Denmark, helping animals in Ukraine. Ukraine is home to more than 6 million dogs and cats. Thousands have run away or been left behind because of war. Local animal shelters are packed beyond their limits and thousands of animals are being forced to live on the streets or in the woods. Animal Rescue Ukraine is focused on supporting local shelters and organisations in Ukraine to improve the lives of Dogs & Cats displaced or injured as a result of the ongoing war.

WWF partners with governments, businesses, communities and individuals to address a range of pressing environmental issues. Our work is founded on science, our reach is international and our mission is exact – to create a world where people live and prosper in harmony with nature.

Australian Marine Conservation Society

The Australian Marine Conservation Society is Australia’s largest national charity dedicated solely to protecting ocean wildlife.

AMCS works on the big issues that risk our ocean wildlife. Together, we have protected critical ocean ecosystems with marine reserves around the nation, including Ningaloo and the Great Barrier Reef. We have led the movement to ban whaling, stopped supertrawlers, and protected threatened and endangered species like the Australian Sea Lion. Together, our community of ocean lovers save our oceans every day.
