Newpath were engaged initially by the Local Expert team in 2019 to leverage Newpath’s D365 consultancy and delivery team and services to assist with a major Digital Transformation initiative.
The Newpath work with Local Expert has been an outstanding success for this national dual sided marketplace business that connects local service providers and customers seamlessly. On a steep growth trajectory, the business understood the need for digital solutions and strategies that would provide them with a standard operating environment for managing their CRM for providers and end customers, job requests and schedules, service provider application setup process and onboarding, quote management, and integration with finance.
Newpath tailored an agile transformation strategy that progressively migrated and consolidated their systems across multiple business units and organisational entities into a single, united Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The project has been focused on costs aware, high value, and rapid release cycles allowing us to flex as the business grows.
AI based Chatbots for customer service alongside a customer service module are currently in the works to continue the great experience for both service providers and customers.
Newpath worked closely with the Local Expert executive management, their leadership team, customer service, finance, IT, and support teams leading design thinking workshops, digital innovation programs, user experience, and development across Microsoft D365 technology.
