The process__

Engaging our team in 2020, Snaffle and their parent company Aspire 42, sought to leverage Newpath’s resource augmentation services while driving the digital strategy across their businesses.


Discovery phase__

Our work with the Aspire 42 group, including the Snaffle brand, has been an outstanding success for this burgeoning national corporation. With a growth by acquisition strategy in hand, the business needed digital solutions and strategy that would provide all their businesses with a standard operating environment for managing consumer purchasing, credit assessment, lease book management, services management, procurement/fulfillment processes and integration with back office systems.

Newpath tailored an agile transformation strategy that progressively migrated and consolidated their systems across multiple business units and organisational entities into a single, united Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. We have focused on a low-cost, high value, and fast release implementation strategy allowing us to flex as the business pivots with new product and service offerings.


Design + develop__

Newpath has worked with many of the teams across this broad and diverse business facilitating design thinking workshops, innovation programs, UX analysis and design, and development across Microsoft, open source and mobile technologies.

Notably, we share a common goal and exceptionally strong partnership – one that is directed by a sound technology strategy that aims to provide a consolidated technology ecosystem. Our strategic work has paved the way for high impact, industry-changing product releases and new business ventures.

Our engagement process largely consists of strategic consultancy, followed by prototype design, business case development, digital design, development, testing and a product launch sequence. This occurs on an iterative basis as we cycle through their 3 year digital roadmap.


The results__

Progressing through a continuous improvement program with Newpath, the business now has highly automated systems that has lowered staff overheads while offering industry-leading customer services.

In addition, we continue to provide strategic direction to support their corporate strategy.
