Newpath WEB has struck a partnership with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), to provide web and digital support services and advice services to its 11,500 Members Australia wide.
Under the arrangement, Newpath WEB offer MFAA Members a web and digital, and online marketing advice service. The service provides advice on web design, web development, online marketing, SEO and digital technology. Members can access the service by email and, if needed, over the phone or face-to-face assistance can be provided where required.
Chief Executive Officer for Newpath WEB, Nathan Sinnott, said “with this agreement in place MFAA Members will be able to gain access to advice that is sound and unbiased, allowing them to have a central point where they can receive quality advice from specialists that understand their business and industry and offer a no-bull, no games advisory service, allowing them to get on with running their business”.
MFAA CEO Phil Naylor said the new partnership with Newpath WEB allowed it to offer a service to members which will add value to their businesses. Technology is such a business enabler, but getting the right technology that suits the business needs can be a time consuming and costly path. Most of our members operate small businesses and this service allows them to gain sound advice from a company that understands their industry”.
Nathan explained, “Newpath WEB found ourselves working with a substantial list of mortgage and finance industry based clients, it was a natural progression for us to become specialists in the industry and become recognised by the peak industry body. We understood how important it was for us to make sure we understood the challenges that the industry and its members faced, and have answers for those issues. We have spent much time gathering data and gaining a thorough understanding in order to position ourselves as credible specialists”.
Brooke Beales, Head of Marketing and Communications, MFAA, said “Newpath WEB has been a member benefits provider since February 2005 and I am extremely pleased with their offering. We get a lot of queries at the MFAA about CRM software, databases and websites. It’s great to be able to have the confidence to put members in contact with Newpath WEB knowing they have made the investment to understand the industry and the products used by those within it.”
Newpath WEB also worked with the MFAA to analyse some critical technology problems they were facing. Brooke said Newpath WEB’s comprehensive audit of the MFAA helped identify key areas in the business that required attention, and the recommendations have improved the MFAA systems, processes and security.
