Apple AU engaged Newpath to initially provide specialist quality control and quality assurance services to the Apple AU & NZ sites, becoming responsible for all website testing and launch approvals for both sites from a quality perspective. As the relationship grew, Newpath became responsible for 21 websites across South East Asia, AU & NZ for Apple, leading quality control and testing for each. bring together a diverse range of stakeholders to create a streamlined online experience for health practitioners.
Newpath introduced a range of tools, testing processes and launch procedures to help streamline testing and quick release for Apple across all sites under our management.
Some sites under QA management contained upwards of 20,000 pages, with hundreds of minor and medium changes on a daily and weekly basis.
It was important for Newpath & Apple to establish a strong process of working together where changes could be actioned fast, with exceptionally high degrees of certainty around quality outcomes.
